BASIC INFO
We don't want your special moment to fade away. To preserve the quality of your new ornamental jewelry, please:- Remove while sleeping, exercising, or other strenuous physical activity.- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.- Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners- With a soft , carefully polish with a lint-free cloth. Please do not use metal polishing cloth- Store your beloved jewelry in a cool, dry place.
• • Bracelet / Bangle - I always recommend ordering a size 0.5 to 1 inch larger than your actual wrist size. For example if your wrist is 5 inches then I would order a 5.5 or 6 inch bangle/bracelet. We can provide a size chart for bracelets and necklaces for reference upon request. • • NECKLACE - All sizes are in inches and size includes both CHARM + CHAIN combined to achieve length. • • RINGS - Please try to get your finger size if you don't know your ring size. Any local jewelry store or department store can measure your finger in minutes. For all ring size conversion needs, please visit www.ringsizes.co for a conversion chart.
Order Status
Good question! We send out an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order so that you can make sure to have a receipt. If you did not receive one, and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. Please contact us via our email at support@muhaka.us and we’ll make sure it gets straightened out.
Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email. If this doesn’t work, please contact us at support@muhaka.us We’ll need the name of the recipient, the email address used to place the order, and the order number. Once we have that, we will get back to you with additional details on your order status.
If you have not received your package in a timely manner, it may have been lost in transit or is stuck in customs. Please email us at support@muhaka.us so we can personally take care of your situation and get your items delivered ASAP! If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping company's tracking page, we are not responsible for missing parcels (unless you purchased shipping insurance for your order).
If Customcuff makes a mistake on your order, we will do everything possible to correct our blunder. Please contact us through our email support@muhaka.us with your name, order number, and what error occurred (pictures encouraged!) so that we can make it up to you ASAP. In case the mistake was on the customer's side, you will need to cover the costs of reshipment.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from our EU fulfilment centre. All custom products take 1-5 Days to ship out as they are made to order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped with tracking information. Please also note that the delivery date estimate on the product page is only an estimate based on the average delivery speed to your country. It is therefore not guaranteed.
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (MUHAKA) at the customers expense. For custom products we do not accept returns, so the customer will be contacted and requested to provide a correct address for the reshipment. The customer will be liable to pay the additional incurred shipping cost.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest checking your mailbox or contacting your local post office.
Yes! We ship to most countries in the world. Packages shipped to international addresses generally take 7-14 business days to arrive after your order is processed. Note that often orders will be passed to and delivered by your country's local postal service.
